This is the best menu pad I have used. I wish it came spiral bound, but that's my only complaint. It's the perfect size to carry with me if I take it to the store, it fits perfectly on my counter so I can add items through the week as needed, and my kids love seeing what's for dinner.It works perfectly for me because I only plan dinner. Lunches are usually the same and breakfasts are not planned meals, usually the same food offered throughout the week.There are no lines for each day, but there is enough space to write all three meals if desired. Each of the 7 days has equal space, which some others have Saturday and Sunday share. It lasts over a year, and I'm on my second one.Can't recommend this enough.
