Julie Foster BA (hons) PGCE ITEC, adds her expert abilities to compile a CD of uplifting tracks with fitness in mind, and helps maintain a healthy heart rhythm for exercise of the mind and body. We are delighted to introduce this CD which has been specifically created as an affordable aid to help the listener get fitter through walking and is ideal for all ages, abilities and budgets. There are 3 separate programmes, (10, 20 and 30 minutes each) that can be followed individually, or in any combination, dependent on the users own time management schedule. The music has been produced to complement the safe and gradual increase in the heart rate as you move through each programme - keeping the number of beats per minute within approved levels.
