Then put the plate with the wrap on the microwave carousel.Microwave for 1:30 the very first time.If not hot enough, increase the next heating cycle by 30 sec (to max heating time of 4 min).Be patient - do not increase the heating time by more than 30 sec. Do not overheat!Cool wrap to room temp between heating cycles. To use cool Keep in freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use.Provides gentle cooling for 5-10 min per freezing cycle.
