Offer really good protection where they are padded and they are flexible. Recommend getting the size that corresponds to your shirt size as the arm holes can be tight if you have larger biceps. Nice compression sleeve fit otherwise, don't move around a lot, and the rubber at the holes on each end keeps it in place.Noodle arm people should not have problem, but would not recommend sizing up if that is your case.Decent pair of pads. Does slide around a little and frays if it touches velcro but you get what you pay for... out of box they are very flat and dont take shape very well so i wrapped a rubber band on the wrists and middle part to bend them. After that they held my arm pretty well.These are light weight and make it super easy to slide if you need to .They are also really breathable and protect you form the impact when slidingDecent sleeve for the money. She loves themRun small size.. order One Size more.These elbow pads are a script flip..... they are a joy to wear. I seriously hated putting on elbow pads before I tried these. They are flat at first but will shape to your arms. I agree with what the other guy said in that if they touch velcro you're going to see abrasion to them but it doesn't seem to the overall quality much IMO. Likewise, they seem pretty durable so far and I regularly wear them with short sleeves. Im going to buy a second or third paid of these in case they stop making because of popularity. Would be great to have 1 pair for practice and 1 for tournaments for extended durability and because they're only $30 bucks you can afford 2 pairs anyway given what others ask. 5 stars fo real
