I wore these for the first time today and already they feel as though I've walked days in them. The arch could be a little higher for me, but the arch was high enough that my feet didn't start hurting. They are not as high though as Ortho Feet or Vironic but you could easily put one of their insoles into this shoe. The insole that comes with the shoe has soft little "nubs" that make it feel very well padded. What I absolutely loved is that the top is stretchy and if you have any toes that need some TLC this shoe is a life saver. The stretchey upper fabric makes the shoe more elegant that a reqular slip-on sneaker. The only thing that gives them away as a sneaker is the white sidewalls around the bottom of the shoe. Prior to finding this style in Walking Cradles $$ the only shoe that had stretch was one design from Munro $$$.
