Gladstone Pad 4280 - Premium Quality, Durable & Comfortable for Home, Office, and Travel Use

I usually play with my snare at a slight tilt, but I can't do that with this pad in place. Rat-a-tat-tat causes vibration, which shakes the pad right off the drum after 8 or12 bars. You must have the drum level to prevent this from happening. I had a genuine Ludwig Gladstone pad when I was a kid, and I don't remember having this problem back then.Regardless, CB Percussion is the only source I know-of for 13" diameter "Gladstone" pads. My practice-set uses a 13" piccolo snare and a 6x13 "floor tom", so I have limited options.
