Holy crap! I came across this book during the crazy Valentine's Day sales. I didn't recognize the author but the book sounded awesome! After scrolling around a while I realized that Jessica Roscoe is freaking Lili St. Germain!! The kick ass author of the Gypsy Brother Series. (!!!!!!!)Lili St. Germain writing about vampires! Can it get any better than that?? The answer is no, it can't. Buying the book was a no brainer, diving into the book immediately after buying it was also a no brainer. I didn't plan on finishing it today buuuuut I did. I should have none the ending would get me, I should have prepared myself for the ending because in true Lili fashion, the ending KILLED me! I literally stared at the last page for a good 10 minutes. I think I was in denial. Since then I have searched and searched for information on book 2 BUT I can't find anything! (Insert mini freak out and some dramatic crying).Anywayy, this book was awesome. I honestly couldn't pry my eyes away from my kindle screen. This is my kind of vampire book, the way vampires should be written. Its dark, addicting and there's no happily every after, ride into the sunset. But that's okay because this is a book about vampires....:DAlso, Lili/Jessica, you're amazing and I will read anything you write.
