They look great, are very impressive, and I would reorder again.Sound: When you walk in them, they have a rubber heel so it *sounds* like a well-made professional expensive shoe when you are walking. I've always hated the plastic sounds in shoes because it makes them sound cheap, but this shoe looks and sounds like you mean business.Width and Length: The shoe had more toe room than expected, but they are somewhat narrow and are almost a tight fit on the tops and sides of the feet. I wear a US-14 woman's shoe, but my toes still do not touch the ends of the shoe even in the size US-13 woman's shoe.Comfort: They feel soft when you first walk in them, but I still highly recommend an insert so that they are more comfortable. An insert does make the shoes even tighter. They are a little stiff, but with good maintenance they start loosening up.Look: They shine, and they are almost as dark as pictured but in the right light they will turn more brown with streaks of amber like you would find in a crocodile skinned shoe.I like the shoe. It's a decent looking shoe with a lower heel. It fits quite well. I honestly expected more cushioning and better arch support, though. Hey, with a brand name of "Walking Cradles" and a pretty healthy retail price, they're setting the expectations high, right? I wore these to the 2nd day of a conference. Now my feet killed me after the first day when I was wearing different shoes--I didn't choose wisely. The day I wore these shoes my feet weren't killing me, but they were definitely fatigued and I would have liked a little more cushioning. That's my story.Lovely shoe, looks very well made, and was comfortable when my feet weren't swollen. However, I had expected a wider shoe for the Wide Width I purchased.I had originally wanted these to get me through my third trimester, and they were just not wide enough when my feet swelled.I got a pair of the Tequila Walking Cradles last year and they were awesome! Can't find them anymore so I tried the Tijuana. They are almost as good. Nice low heel for comfort, but because it's small, it looks higher. Makes my wide feet look narrower. There's some cushioning in the foot bed, but not a lot, so you might want to add an insert. But they're fairly comfortable to wear all day, and I expect they'll hold up well, as did the Tequila model.I liked the look of this shoe but especially the heel height. I don't want to feel like I'm walking on pumps for everyday wear. It would have been even better with a 3/4 inch heel rather than 1 inch. But I was most disappointed in the foot bed padding. I thought Walking Cradles had more padding especially on the fore foot. But that wasn't the case. If this is improved, it would be a perfect 5 star.Cute shoes (look in person just like they do online) but after ordering my normal size 8, they're too large. I'm not sure if I'd have to go down a 1/2 or a full size - just know they run large, at least on me. Not as comfy as other Walking Cradles I own; seem to not have much padding, which is what I'm wanting.I have had trouble finding a good fitting shoe and this one fits well even at the end of the day.I would recommend this company to a friend.I'll love them more when I wear them enough to 'break them in'. They are pretty stiff, so I don't wear them more than a couple of hours at a time. They'll be great as soon as they limber up a bit. Attractive on your foot.
