(Original Comments): In a little over a month, I discovered some sticky "gum" on my shoe and socks. I figured I had stepped in something. Saw more a couple of days later. Tonight, my wife saw my shoes and realized that there was some inside.. it turned out that the gum was residue from the "comfort gel" pad inside the left shoe. It obviously was defective and has mostly burst out of the shoe. I'll see if I can return/replace... I really DO like the shoes BUT lasting a little more than one month is unacceptable.(Update): Being too late to make a claim with Amazon, I reached out to Nunn Bush and sent them a picture of the gel pack and asked if they could replace the insoles (they are removable). Their response (the next day) was "I can and will definitely send you a new pair of 8.5 gel insoles to your home." Now, exactly three days later, a pair of new insoles arrived. Although I originally rated this pair of shoes at 2 stars, I am upgrading to 5 stars. Great support from the shoe manufacturer!
