I started my weight loss at 262 and I am now 245. My first exercise video was the 5 mile Walk It Off by Leslie. I loved it cause it was challenging but doable at my weight level. However it is a longer video and I quickly out grew it and graduated to the 4 Mile Power Walk by Leslie. This video is shorter but you workout harder. It does high intensity as in jumping and jumping jacks..a warning for those who can't do high impact. I also added Leslie's ad workout and lower half workout. These two do not have high intensity. TODAY I tried this video and it is a true step up from any Leslie video. First it is nothing like Leslie's format which is doing cardio and then toning..this video involves cardio, toning, cardio and ending with toning. There is also jumping and jumping jacks in the video ..another warning. If you can do the 4 Mile Power Walk by Leslie than by all means give this a try but do not be discouraged by the intensity!!!! This is truly a video you will need to progress with. There are lounges, push ups and intense ab workouts which Leslie did not do in her video. I plan on using this video in addiction to Leslie twice a week to progress in my efforts to become more fit.. If you were like me starting at 262 and haven't done much of anything active in years start with Leslie's Workout videos and work your way up to the 4 Mile Power Walk or start with the 4 Mile Power Walk. But if you have been doing Leslie's video's for awhile and feel a sense you are Mastering them..it is time to challenge yourself and this is the video! It is just a step up not a huge leap!
