Initially I bought these in a 10 wide but they were a bit loose on me because of the heel so I returned it for a 9 and 1/2 wide. The toe portion of the nine and a half wife was too tight so I also had to return them. I probably should have kept the 10 wide and put heel pads in the back. The 9 and a half wives rubbed against the top of my foot which was irritating. In the future I might buy The 10 and a half whites again and experiment with heel pads. However I bought the flat counterpart of the shoe in 10Wwhich is a bit loose but works with heel pads and sock liners. I wish they made water toe boxes and neural heels for women. This is especially useful for people with flat feet or bunions. Overall quality shoe.I love the quality and look of the shoe as well as the built in cushions, OMG I love this brand now. Unfortunately I bought my regular size which is typically a 1/2 size larger when I buy boots, in this case the heal height is smaller and its pumps not a boot and i needed to go back to a size down in order for the shoes to fit snuggly.Had to return them because the were about 1/2 size too smallThese are beautiful well made shoes just did not fitThe.
