Ordered the part for my treadmill then realized that the next week of weather was going to be rainy ( so much that the river a couple miles away is overflowing it’s banks). I use the treadmill for my 21 month old German Shepherd dog and when I realized how bad the weather was going to be I knew this would be a primary exercise for my dog. I contacted the company and sued them if they could expedite the shipping. Then I get an email indicating I would receive the belt the next day!Received it and got it on last night (pretty easily using the instructions) and was able to exercise my dog. What a relief!
