good product good price, good service.Great for the moneyPerfect for me to use with my elementary students to learn about fingerprinting! Didn't leave mush of a residue and what it did leave washed off easily with soap and water.Ink pads are not dark enough to capture fingerprints for FD 258 cards.Easy to use, gets the job done, and fast shipping.It says that they are "erasable".. which made me think that the ink would erase off of your finger.Well it doesn't ....and you can't erase it on the paper...? so what did they mean by erasable. False advertising.spend a little more money for the ink that will come off of your hand.So much ink absorbs onto the thumb that it leaks through my notary journal. Each fingerprint is obscured due to the excessive ink. I can't use these.Very cheap hard to open and very small.After ordering, I read some of the negative reviews and was slightly apprehensive. However having struggled immensely with a stamp pad (to get my finger prints for a document) I ordered these.The reason I ordered was that these were the only ones which had photos of the finger prints presumably taken through these. The actual result was exactly the same. I would share the results but that obviously is confidential :-)I must say, looking at the reviews and the product (the base is hard/firm and not spongy like an inkpad) I did wonder if it would do the trick ? I was pleasantly surprised because the finger prints came out fantastic !! very clear. The document was accepted immediately when submitted online - after many prior rejections.Even better, it washed off so easily whilst I had to struggle to wash off the ink from the ink pad.In short, as per my experience, they are worth the price, work as described and the marks wash off easily with water (soap is even better).Glad I bought these. Other option would have been to get a stamp pad from a renowned stationary store which was for £6.49 (and may not have worked as well).In the image I posted, the group of 3 is what you're paying for. £5.99 for 3 solid paint blocks that lightly dusts your finger and gives a shadow of a fingerprint at best... even after wetting it's still bad.The bottom of the image is one I brought from my local store, £1.99, a sealed felt-style material soaked in ink. Puts enough ink to cover your finger properly and does the job.This product is a waste of money, get yourself a proper ink pad.I was pleasantly surprised because it does the job very well. The ink is perfect for finger printing in important documents.Far much better than other I bought previously that was very hard to see.I will definitely buy it again besides the packet has 3 which is a bonus!I needed to take some finger prints for a standard police clearance because I've lived overseas, and this did the job. I had to really work the "ink" pad over each finger to get enough pigment. It's a very dry ink, almost like pressed makeup powder. Worked beautifully after a few tries!This stamp comes as 3 tiny little circle sized things which contains dust particles stuck on top, the ink is barely there to get a good fingerprint for your document. It doesnt even soak the thumb or finger enough to get a finger print therefore the thumb impression comes blurred from places.Waste of money and particles stuck on top of the ink make the thumb/finger impression even more difficult.
