This ink is a perfect brown color and it is a very good and solid ink.It’s purple.I love this stamp pad. The size allowed me to use even my largest stampers effectuvelyWorks just fine and as hoped. A little cheap feeling but whatever. I like that it locks shut and it’s the perfect size to fit my custom stamp.It's a fine ink pad, but do yourself a favor and get the ink refill when you buy the pad.
