This book contains a lot of channeling material from supposedly Jesus himself, in an effort to once again help people walk the path Jesus once tried to teach us to walk a couple thousand years ago. We were to follow in his footsteps if we wanted help fulfilling the purpose of our mortal lives. Now that we have more science and a much broader spiritual vocabulary - most of what is in here is clarification from his past teachings, and more explanation - so we of today can comprehend the concepts he once tried to teach to the people of the past. In the absence of more scientific understanding and common terminology for such concepts (such as we have today), most of Jesus messages were misunderstood by the majority. The Churches highjacked these teachings for their own gains or power, and therefore his messages were misconstrued and corrupted. What we see today was not fullness of the original lessons Jesus was preaching about. We can see in this book how the messages got misconstrued, and what they actually were. When you minus the power and corruption of the church from his teachings, a different picture of life emerges.If you are a follower of Jesus spiritual teachings, you should give it a fair reading. To the skeptical - There is no reason why Jesus wouldn't speak to us today in this manor, outside the established churches, as he has always done in the past. It is no more unbelievable than the days of the past when Jesus spoke to other prophets on the earth in this same fashion. Prophets of the past were not deities, they were just men of their day; albeit, spiritual seeking men who were willing to hear. Don't be so quick to dismiss. Don't assume there is something different about us as men/women today. That was the trap of the past, and why the words of the ancient prophets were not taken serious until hundreds of years later. Most of the prophets of the past were also channelers of their day. Most people thought they were crazy, and did not take them serious at the time. People disregarded the messages those prophets tried relay to us. Even Jesus himself was considered a heretic and a blasphemer by the very church his words had inspired. Will you recognize him if he were talking now? Don't get caught in that trap of the past. There is no harm in reading/hearing the messages with an open mind/heart. No one forces you to accept it, but don't shut it out as they did in the past. What is in here is simply for your own benefit. As with any spiritual teaching, you can take it or leave it. I personally thought it was all very fascinating.Everything in here is for your own spiritual enlightenment. You can accept it or not, no one is forcing you to believe it. But learning from the past errors of mankind, don't assume anything, and realize smart people in the past also thought this stuff was bogus. You have to decide for yourself. As I said, even Jesus himself was considered a heretic, a blasphemer, and a phoney in his day by the "Church" itself, and staunch followers who had closed their hearts to having a relationship with Christ directly. Just keep this in mind. If this is Jesus, this is very important information to know and understand.
