Took like an hour to do. Only tools needed are a 13mm ratchet and a T20 torx driver. Pull the seat, loosen the plastic on the driver's side, undo the clips that hold the fabric to the frame. Fabric and pad come off together, take the fabric off the old pad, wrap the fabric around the new pad, put it back on the frame, and hook the clips back up. Way more comfortable than the old deformed pad.
