good solid quality shoeI read others reviews about size and went up half a size, which fit perfect. Have tried them out walking dogs in fields with wet grass and feet have stayed dry. Bought them as a walking shoe for everyday dog walking, have had other brands and these re just as good and really comfortable. Also black goes with anything and usually other ladies walking shoe brands are splashed with garish colours!! :-)I've used Adidas Terrex walking shoes for a few years now and I find them very comfortable.I am a UK size 7, but buy a 7.5, the shoe does run slighly smaller. Also, if you have wide feet, look for another brand.Pricing on Amazon for Adidas Terrex has been very good which has been a great bonus.Was struggling to find walking waterproof trainers/shoes that fit me as I have wide feet. Bought 1/2 size bigger and fit well. Thankfully. Overall quite happy with them.I've not yet taken these on a very long hike but so far they have proved a good buy. They are water-proof and sturdy and look likely to last a long time. They have a pronounced tread that is good for grip - but it has a tendancy to clog-up with mud more readily than I would like/expect. Nonetheless, a good buy that I am pleased with.Got my normal trainer size but was unable to get my foot in ,trainer was smart and well made ,I tried to order a 10 but none in stock only off independent sellers which was £ 20-30 Morley plus postage.
