Looking at previous reviews it seems like some people are buying these shoes for walking or gym. Let's clear this up: these shoes are for running races and running fast workouts like tempos or intervals. These are carbon-plated shoes for running, not walking or lifting weights. Amazon is calling them walking shoes, when they are the opposite of that. I think they are not even comfortable for easy running. Now for fast running they are amazing, very nice bounce and they keep legs fresher for long distance runs like half and full marathons. I recommend sizing up too, my other running shoes are 7.5, but I get Vaporfly size 8.
