It is like what other people said, it us too dark,and hard to remove. But if client press lighter, it looks clear.I have nothing against this product. I’m a signing agent so thumbprint ink pad is a must have for me. The only thing you need to be aware is that this product is not inkless, which means the ink will stay on your clients finger after they use it to do a thumbprint. Some people do not care, some get annoyed because it can get messy, you can carry wipes and give it to them right after doing the thumbprint. For me, I use it as SPARES because it comes with such REASONABLE PRICE and DO THE JOB.I was going to purchase a different brand but can you believe the other brand raised the price when they discovered I had it sitting in my cart overnight. This seller offers a great product and a great stable price plus I don't have to buy a ton of them to get good pricing. But the ink from finger dose not come of easily. So I had to return the product. I don’t want my client’s to be upset because ink is to come off the fingers.Wouldn’t purchase this again. It’s hard to get off fingersMy mother passed away in July. She had a beautiful cross collection that she had been working on for YEARS! At her service we thought we do things a little different. My husband made three crosses from old wood lying around their my parents property. The idea was that if my mother left an imprint on your life, we want to honor you and capture your imprint on a cross that we will hang in our (my father, my sister and myself) homes. Each person left a fingerprint on a cross. It really turned out beautiful and these ink pads worked wonderfully. Ink wiped right off the finger/thumb with a baby wipe and NO mess was left behind.
