Warms fine but it is a bit heavier then I was hoping for - I’m no small person but the weight is a bit much - it isn’t something I look forward to bc of this reason - not sure why it’s so heavy my precious one heated up better and was lighterI don't typically leave reviews, but for things that I find super valuable and does the job and how well it works, i think i need to leave a review.I also think it's worth mentioning that this product works so well that i've bought it 3 other times as gifts for others AND my girlfriend also bought them as gifts for her family (each of her 3 other sisters and 1 for her parents)So basically my household has bought this item at least 7 other times on top of the 2 that we have at home for ourselves.I think how much we've bought this speaks for itself.Easy to use, pop in the microwave, use it on the shoulders, and it works wonders. Good level of heat, soothing scent, can be used on multiple areas (shoulders, stomach, thighs), stress just melts away even for only a moment.I highly highly recommend. I'll be using these as future xmas presents, I cannot stop buying this. 10/10 and a million thumbs up!Does good job on reliefCalling all of my chronic pain people!!! THIS IS IT. I have endo/adeno/frozen pelvis and am almost constantly in some sort of discomfort. Even in 98° weather, my routine when I get home is to get a heating pad either on my back or lower abdomen. I have 2 plug in heating pads; one cheapo old CVS find that gets a little too scalding and one newer, mid range price point one that gets just not hot enough. Beyond that, they're both dry heat which I have found does not help as much.This thing gets the perfect amount of hot, is slightly moist after being microwaved, is softer than charmin toilet paper, AND is the best shape. It's advertised to be used on the neck/shoulders and does a great job there, but also can be used on the uterus/ovary area due to the long parts of the u shape, as well as can be used if there is lower back and front pain (Wrapped around your hip like the picture). The scent is not overwhelming and does not stay on your skin afterwards. All in all, for 17$ I'm more than happy :)Pros: The material is very soft and comfortable. It smells great. It stays warm and can be used on shoulders and neck. I bought 2 more after trying this one. I also bought two other brands for family members that were more expensive but not as good. The material is well constructed and heavy so it feels good on your neck.Cons: It heats unevenly which can lead to hot spots. I have to fold it to get it in my microwave but it's a minor issue. Once it's warm, it reheats easily without needing to turn it in the microwave. I would like it to be 4 inches longer so it reaches over my shoulders.Overall: Well made, soft and smells great. It covers the neck and most of the shoulder area. Reheats easily. I have yet to try it in the freezer.This is the best thing I've ever purchased for my headaches and shoulder pain. I have TMJ, lots of muscle tension, and overall just have a hard time straight up relaxing. This wrap is a game changer. It smells amazing. The weight is perfect-- heavy enough that it pushes my shoulders done a bit but is still comfortable. It gets really hot. I heat it up for 3-4 min. And it stays warm for 15-20 min. And I'll keep this up for like an hour. After that, my tension is GONE. The moist heat does wonders for my tension-- lots in my shoulders, back, and neck which will ultimately give me a nice tension headache after a long day. I actually just bought a second one because I love it so much I wanted a back up. You won't be disappointed with this-- I use it every night, and on my lunch break. It has really changed my pain with tension headaches and sore muscles. I'm thinking with a few solid weeks of use I may solve my tension issue!UPDATE: After using this since April it is still going strong with no holes or heating issues! I am not sure what happened with some of the reviews where there had been a hole or exploding contents but I wonder if it is user error because I have not experienced that problem. Its possible they have high powered microwaves (1500 watts) and are heating for too long. I put it in for 1:30 or 1 min and check it.Wow. I love this thing. My husband and I often are vying for who gets to use it.The soothing herbal smell and moist heat after you microwave it are very relaxing and it has a nice weight to it that gives gentle pressure to your shoulders.It gets pretty warm after 2 min and stays warm for a while.I might have to give these as gifts to my friends and family.I ordered 3 of your heating pads as the ones I had previously been using finally wore out and could no longer be sewn back together. This is the first time I ordered from your company, and I must say I am VERY PLEASED with the quality of the product. I ordered 2 for myself (one for a back up) and 1 for my daughter. I have used the heating pad since the day I received it and have found it to everything I had hoped for and more. At first, I was concerned about the weight of the heating pad since it was so much heavier than my last heating pad, but I have found the weight to be an added bonus in the effectiveness of the heating pad.
